Where & When

The LA Homeschool Prom will be held on the FantaSea One Yacht in  Marina del Rey. The yacht will be docked at 13509 Fiji Way (Dock 52) Marina del Rey, CA  90292. Check-in begins at 6:00pm. FantaSea One will leave the dock promptly at 6:30 pm. The yacht will return to the dock at 10:30pm


Payment

Tickets are $150 per person, payable via credit card online. The ticket price includes entry to the dance, dinner, soda bar, and photos.  Online registration is sponsored by Urban Homeschoolers. To ensure we receive all the needed information only one teen can be registered at a time. If you have multiple teens in your family, please go back to your account to add your additional teens. Parking

There is a parking lot located at 13509 Fiji Way (Dock 52) Marina del Rey, CA  90292. ​

Check-in/out

Checking in and boarding begins at 6:00 pm. Please arrive early to help us make the check-in run smoothly. The yacht will be promptly departing at 6:30 pm. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TEENS WHO MISS THE BOAT. Check-out will be at 10:30 pm at the same location.

All prom attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination will be required upon arrival at the event. Masks are not required but your teen is welcome to wear one if they are more comfortable.  For those under the age of 18 on the date of the event, you MUST have a parent/guardian sign you out OR a parent/guardian MUST sign the waiver provided upon registration. There is no early sign-out as the yacht will not be docked until 10:30 pm. 

Dress Code

The prom is a formal event. Please no jeans, sweats, t-shirts, athletic shoes, or casual wear.

​Age Requirement

The prom is open to all homeschoolers and their guests from ages 14-19. Prom attendees must be 14 years by May 14th. No exceptions. A prom is typically for older teens.  We kindly ask when registering your teen for the prom you include their correct age. Children who are under the minimum age and register for prom will not be granted admission or issued a refund
